A group of women attorneys, judges, and legal professionals from the National Conference of Women Bar Association visited with our 7th and 12th grade Stars. The group had attendees from all over the country and presented on topics related to the law and focusing on the 100th anniversary of the 19th Amendment.
The Women’s Fund, a program of the Austin Community Foundation, held the Keyholder’20 event featuring keynote speaker Ziauddin Yousafzai, Malala’s father, who spoke about the importance of education for women across the globe.
