Online Learning Begins at the Ann Richards School

Last week, Ms. Brewer hosted a virtual party to connect with her 8th graders in the ‘Duck Pond.’ The class mostly joked about the fiascos behind a mashed-potato-milk-shake and the laughter was good for the soul.

This is what online learning will look like at the Ann Richards School for the foreseeable future due to COVID-19 precautions. School administration and faculty have been working with students and parents to design and plan flexible learning goals for the rest of the semester.

Overall, school administration and faculty aim to maintain the connection and community that makes being an Ann Richards School student unique in spite of social distancing measures.
