The Austin Area Heritage Council recognized five Ann Richards School seniors during their annual MLK Youth Legacy Awards. Class of 2021 seniors Carla, Maria, Keji, Guadalupe, and Maya received their award virtually via a Facebook livestream of the awards. The MLK Youth Legacy Awards were created to recognize youth in the Austin community for their outstanding commitment and achievement, as well as inspire the next generation. Awardees receive scholarship dollars for their college education. Congratulations to our Stars!
