The Stars are back for the 2022-2023 school year with over 900 students kicking off the 16th year at the Ann Richards School for Young Women Leaders. A pep rally welcomed back the Stars with performances from the Color Guard, Cheer Team, Starlettes Dance Team, and the Marching Stars Band. Special guest speaker Jehmu Greene, Foundation Board member and CEO of We Defend Truth, shared an inspiring message of community and leadership. The pep rally closed out with a Star Walk where seniors help welcome the new 6th graders to campus with a hallway of celebratory high fives and cheers.
