With summer officially underway, our rising seniors from the Class of 2023 spent their first week of vacation working with professional writers and tutors to complete their college essays at the Writers’ Workshop. Starting this early helps kickoff the college application process with one of the biggest hurdles to completing an application, the college essay. The Writers’ Workshop, funded by the Ann Richards School Foundation, helped bring in support to collaborate with each student, so the seniors from the Class of 2023 at the end of the week had their essays complete, resumes ready, and a game plan for getting recommendations. All to help better prepare our Stars to attend college in the fall of 2023.
