The Kendra Scott Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership Institute (KS WELI) Student Board from UT Austin visited the Ann Richards School to lead a Project LEAP (Leadership & Entrepreneurship Achievement Program) workshop with our 9th-grade Stars.
Project LEAP gives students the chance to discover their leadership style and think like entrepreneurs. Through fun activities and meaningful conversations, the KS WELI team shared how creativity, courage, and collaboration can help young women make an impact in business and beyond.
Our Stars took the Find Your Fit Quiz, worked together in small groups, and learned how KS WELI empowers women leaders at UT Austin and throughout the community. The energy in the room was contagious as students connected what they learned to their own goals and ideas for the future.
A big thank-you to the KS WELI Student Board for inspiring our 9th graders to dream big, lead confidently, and believe in their potential.
