Our academic program emphasizes science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM), preparing students for college and careers where women are traditionally underrepresented.
Pathway Experience (Grades 9–12)

High school students choose one four-year STEM Pathway: Biomedical Science, Engineering, or Media Technology.
- Media Technology courses offer college credit through Austin Community College
- Biomedical Science and Engineering are nationally certified by Project Lead The Way (PLTW)
Biomedical Sciences Pathway




Our nationally certified Biomedical Science pathway equips students with hands-on research skills as they explore the human body, genetics, and disease.

College & Career Pathways
Medicine, forensic science, biotechnology, and laboratory research.
Texas Education Agency Program of Study
Focuses on diagnosing disease, patient care, and health science careers within the Health Science cluster.

Pathways to the Stars
Pathways to the Stars celebrates 8th-grade students as they transition into high school and discover their STEM pathway.
Families attend a student recognition event, followed by a student-only dinner and dance. Planned by parents, teachers, and school leadership, this tradition is a highlight of the school year.
