Ann Richards girls recently attended the Texas Conference for Women, the largest women's conference in the state, designed to encourage women to dream the possibilities, achieve the reality and make a difference in their own lives and in the communities and world we live in. The Conference featured motivational keynote speeches, engaging seminars and panel discussions that covered a vast range of topics specifically designed for women.  Our students attended the Young Women's Program, which covered how to change the world by being yourself and finding your passions. Meridith Walker from Smart Girls at the Party (and a former head of the SNL talent department) spoke with ARS girls.  Our students joined and are continuing the conversation about what it means to be a female leader in today's society.
